Meet the team:
Lindi holds a B Com Honours degree in Industrial Psychology and with her background and experience wants to make a difference in the lives of people by providing value-adding solutions to companies that will improve the lives of employees and contribute to the success of any business.
She has more than 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry and during her career she has looked after the healthcare arrangements of many listed corporate companies and groups.
Lindi has successfully built similar businesses in the past and with her experience, passion for people and the expectancy of what artificial intelligence can do for businesses across all industries, she founded Wellth-AI Solutions.
Charles Petersen
Director
Charles holds a Labour Law Degree as well as a BBA degree and has served as a trustee for a number of retirement funds, investment committees, labour forums as well as medical schemes.
Charles brings vast experience in the employee benefits domain as well as in representing employees and labour in the workplace. He has served as an employee relations manager for a large company for the past 14 years and Charles contributes significantly in ensuring that our clients and their employees receive superior offerings and excellent levels or service and support.
Sandiso Hani
Director
Sandiso has a Marketing Diploma from the PE Technikon
He is actively involved in youth development and community upliftment and is a Chairman and Director of various companies in the Eastern Cape.
Sandiso represents Wellth-AI in the Eastern Cape and plays a key role in the development of our wellness solutions.
Bryan Habana
Bryan is one of the most successful and decorated sportsmen from South Africa.
He is a former rugby union player and he represented the national team, the Springboks, 124 times and he was named IRB rugby player of the year in 2007, the same year in which South Africa won the Rugby World Cup in France.
He finished his professional rugby career in 2018 playing for Rugby Club Toulonnais in France.
He is South Africa’s leading test try scorer of all time and 2nd on Rugby Unions international test try scorer list.
Since retiring, he has shown great aptitude to successfully transition from professional sport to the business environment through entrepreneurship and building interests in businesses in growth industries within the technology space.
Bryan’s passion for human and social upliftment, wellness and progressions in technology, makes him an integral part of our Team.
Nico Swart
Director
Nico holds a B Com Honours degree in Industrial Psychology.
His prime purpose is to work with executives, business owners, individuals, employees and senior managers in corporate environments, applying a holistic approach to restoration, renewal and growth towards emotional wellness and helping individuals and companies achieve their full potential.
Nico has vast experience in the management of human capital, corporate management and people skills. He plays an integral role in the strategy development of Wellth-AI as well as product development, particularly in the creation of wealth and financial wellbeing.
Bianca Ludik
Operational Manager
Bianca holds a B Com Degree in Business Management Sciences.
She is our business analyst and research specialist ensuring our offerings remain relevant and in line with global trends.
She is also responsible for all social media and digital marketing activities
Thora van der Poel
Client Relations
Thora is an accredited healthcare consultant and heads up the client relations and member support division. Thora has a track record of almost 30 years in the healthcare industry and has a deep understanding of the medical scheme industry. Her passion is to help people and to make sure that they optimise the value of their medical scheme and wellness benefits. She has the unique ability to stay close to our clients and has a thorough understanding of the administrative platforms of healthcare providers and insurers. Thora is a problem solver and does so with integrity and skilful human interaction.
